This story reminded me of the one and only vaginal delivery I ever will witness throughout my career as a nurse.

I cannot remember if she had an epidural (that was 4years ago when I witness the delivery) but I remembered the CTG and the anticipation for the delivery to happen. First, there was the contractions, then the huffing and puffing. Push push push we said and everyone held their breaths when mommy pushed. As miraculous as two cells joined and became a human, the baby was born. It was so fast. Once the head was out, his body sort of "flow" out easily. Mommy had an episiotomy done cos I remember hearing the snip snap of the scissors.

Pauline, is it true that mommy cannot feel the pain from the episiotomy because the contractions are alot more painful than it? Will mommy feel the pain after the delivery is over? Can mommies who went through caesarian opt for vaginal delivery?Suzannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00629469150821860085noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4297301321247868053.post-85097726121003942742008-10-28T10:39:00.000+09:002008-10-28T10:39:00.000+09:00What a lovely story.
